Cannabis Laws in California
Since 2018, adults 21 and older can legally purchase, possess, and consume cannabis anywhere in California under the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (MAUCRSA). Here's what that means for you:
Age requirement
You must be 21+ with valid government ID to purchase or receive cannabis delivery. No exceptions.
Possession limits
Adults may legally possess up to 28.5 grams (about 1 ounce) of cannabis flower and up to 8 grams of concentrate for personal use (Health & Safety Code §11362.1).
Lab testing
Every product Green On The Go delivers passes mandatory third-party lab testing for potency and contaminants before it's ever offered for sale.
Public consumption
Cannabis cannot legally be consumed in public places, including parked vehicles.
Licensed delivery
The California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) licenses and regulates all commercial cannabis activity statewide, including delivery services like Green On The Go. State regulation allows licensed delivery to operate broadly across California, including into many cities that don't permit storefront dispensaries — though local rules can still vary, so always check that your address is inside our delivery zone at checkout.
